Return Policy & Instructions

Please comply with all Aerocore LLC return conditions. 

AeroCORE LLC reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a minimum 25% restocking fee.

No Returns are accepted 15 days past the Sales Order date of issue. 

All products must be returned in \'AS SOLD\' condition - which requires the product to be unused, uninstalled, in its original unaltered box and must include all packing material, Original Documentations and Certs, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, and to be in 100% resalable condition (unless the product is deemed defective). Aerocore LLC can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Aerocore LLC's discretion for the same product or an equivalent product.

We are here to provide you with the best possible customer service experience, so please contact us with any questions about completing the return process.

All items returned to Aerocore LLC will be subject to inspection. If the part inspection results in noncompliance, NO Refund will be issued. Part in question will be returned to the original buyer under the buyer's own charge. If the buyer chooses not to ship the part back, it will be destroyed and disposed of.

All parts that are manipulated or installed on an aircraft will not be accepted for returns.

Refunds

Returns are inspected at one of Aerocore LLC's Sellers warehouses upon receipt. Credit will be given for items we determine have not been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect). We will issue a refund for qualifying returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt. We will issue credit for special order returns that are deemed defective only.

Merchandise that cannot be returned:

• Any part that holds a PMA, TSO or STC that has been used, tested, or installed.
• Any part that has a shelf life - Batteries, Oil, Paint, Life Vest/Raft, Hazardous Material etc.
• Books, Videos, Software, Tools, Cut Material etc.
• Parts specified as 'Final Sale'.
• Special order parts.
